These Terms of Service govern your use of qi-charm.com and purchases from Qi Charm. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Qi Charm. Please read these terms before placing an order.
1. Using our website
You may use our website for lawful personal shopping purposes. You must not use it to commit fraud, interfere with its operation, distribute harmful software, or access information without permission.
If you are below the legal age of adulthood where you live, you may purchase only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Where local law requires it, that adult must place the order on your behalf.
2. Our products
Qi Charm sells handmade jewelry and related accessories, including pieces made with natural crystals, herbal incense beads, and metal components. Product descriptions identify the materials and features of each piece.
Handmade pieces may vary slightly in size, finish, bead arrangement, or knot placement. Natural materials can differ in color, texture, and markings. Photographs show the product as accurately as possible, but screen settings may affect how colors appear.
Small natural or handmade variations are not defects. This does not affect your rights if a product arrives damaged, is faulty, or differs materially from its description.
3. Cultural references and product use
References to crystal meanings, traditional symbolism, the five elements, luck, or personal intentions describe cultural beliefs and personal practices. We do not guarantee wealth, luck, protection, relationship outcomes, or other specific results.
Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Information on this website does not replace medical or psychological advice.

4. Prices and payment
Review the currency, product prices, discounts, shipping charges, and any taxes displayed at checkout before paying.
Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Any conditions attached to a discount apply as stated when the offer is made. Price changes do not alter an order we have already accepted.
You must provide accurate billing information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
5. Orders and availability
After you place an order, we will email an order acknowledgment. This confirms receipt of your request. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.
We may be unable to accept an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, delivery is unavailable, or there is a material pricing or product-description error. If this happens, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the affected items. We will not substitute a product or charge a higher price without your agreement.

7. Changes and cancellations
Email support@qi-charm.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check its progress and confirm whether we can accommodate your request. Changes to personalized pieces may be limited once production has started.
Any cancellation rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
8. Website content
Website text, photographs, graphics, and branding belong to Qi Charm or their respective owners. You may view and save content for personal use. Commercial reproduction or use requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
9. Reviews and feedback
If you submit a review, it should reflect your own experience and must not contain unlawful content or disclose another person’s private information. You retain ownership of your review and permit us to display it in connection with the reviewed product and our store.
We may remove spam, abusive content, or reviews that violate these terms. We do not remove a review simply because it expresses a negative opinion.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the purchase contract was made, or business losses arising from products purchased for personal use.

Applicable law determines the law governing a dispute and which courts or other dispute-resolution bodies may hear it. These terms do not require exclusive arbitration or prevent you from using courts, consumer protection bodies, or remedies available under applicable law.

We may update these terms for future website use and purchases. The date above identifies the latest version. Unless required by law or agreed with you, changes do not retrospectively alter an order we have already accepted.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
